Our Chefs will prepare your desired cut of meat, carefully picked by our on-premises butcher, to your specifications at the Boma’s “Shisa Nyama” grill — a fantastic blend of Buffet and Tailor-made Cooking to suit all preferences. Springbok, Impala, Ostrich, and the Boma Signature “Big 5 Kebab” are among the game meats available.
On the deck overlooking the Boma Dam, enjoy Sundowners or Craft Beer, including Soweto Gold On Tap.
